Sunshine Inn Live In Manager Position Requirements
This option would waive entire rent
- Two site runs per day
- Usually early morning and late at night
- Pick up trash
- Inspect property
- Dump trash cans
- List any repairs needed
- Open/close gate for garbage pickup on scheduled day
- Perform Make Readies
- Clean out units
- Inventory and store personal belongings as needed
- Paint, clean and prep unit for occupancy
- Make minor repairs
- Issue work orders to the Director of Operations for larger work items
- Tenant Management
- Prepare leases and work with residents for their recertifications, lease up, etc.
- Meet with residents as needed
- Set up and maintain AA/NA meetings
- Open and Close office/library as needed
- Maintenance
- Perform on-call maintenance – minor repairs
- Change door and mail box locks
- Maintain site and buildings for curb appeal
- Touch up Paint
- Repairs
- Lighting
- Etc.
- Meet with contractors as needed
- Pest control
- Fire extinguisher company
- Etc.
